WHAT ABOUT THE COST?

SCHOOLS

** The programs are priced at $10.00 for each program item.
     (there are:  23 items on Number Sense Computerized 1
                     20 items on Number Sense Computerized 2
                     25 items on Elementary Number Sense Computerized )
** You may choose any or all items and reorder more later.
**  The $10 per item charge allows you to use it on any number of computers or
     networks at your school.
**  If there are other schools in your district that want some of the program items
     previously purchased, the additional charge is $2.00 per program item per
     school.
**  Coaches or teachers using the program items at school may put them on their
     home computer at no extra cost.

INDIVIDUALS

** Students attending schools that have purchased the items may purchase the
    same items for their home computers at $3.00 per item.

** All other individuals (students or adults) may purchase each program item
     at a cost of $5.00 per item and can put it on their personal computer only.

***** All purchasers must adhere to the Purchaser's Agreement and Rights *****

                      PURCHASER'S AGREEMENT

The purchaser agrees to:

    1. Follow all copyright laws;
    2. Not make illegal copies without CCS authorization;
    3. Not give the program to anyone in another school, school district, or
        private sector without CCS authorization;
    4. Use the programs for educational purposes and not personal profit.

                        PURCHASER'S RIGHTS

The purchaser has the right to:

   1. Preview the programs for 30 days, with guarantee of a refund for each
       part the purchaser is not satisfied with;
   2. Request adjustments to a program (i.e. if the numbers generated are too
       high or too low to suit your needs, I will adjust them for you at no cost
       except postage.);
   3. Purchase duplicate programs at the lesser cost at any time after the
       original purchase;
   4. Use the programs on any hard drive or network within the school and/or
       make duplicate disks for any computer in the school.

           CUSTOMIZED COMPUTER SERVICE (CCS) AGREEMENT
CCS agrees to:

   1. Abide by the purchaser's rights as stated above;
   2. Include instructions on making duplicate disk copies and loading programs
       on hard disk (network assistance depends on the network used - contact CCS);
   3. Provide free technical support.
