FUSC Surcharge Increase
Effective January 1, 2018, the amount of the Federal Universal Service Charge (FUSC) appearing on your bill each month will increase as a result of an increase in the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) universal service fund contribution factor from 18.8 to 19.5%. The amount of the FUSC on your bill is calculated in accordance with FCC rules by applying the new universal service contribution factor of 19.5% (0.195) to the rates for interstate services that you used. The federal universal service fund program is designed to keep local service rates affordable for all customers in all areas of the United States.

TEXAS NO CALL
PO Box 313
Walpole, MA 02032
There is no charge to register your residential or wireless number on the statewide “Do Not Call List.” Your number(s) will remain on the list for three years.
Texas consumers may want to consider registering with the National Do Not Call Registry since it covers national telemarketers and the Texas No-Call affects only telemarketers operating in Texas.
The National and the Texas No-Call lists do not prevent all telemarketing calls from being received once a consumer is registered. Both registries contain exemptions on who can continue to telemarket consumers.
